RetroDrive is a Sega Genesis and 32X emulator for Windows. Many people will know it as formerly known as geNSX or Vegas. Programmer Tim Meekins develops this simulator. It is also the first 32X emulator to not require BIOS files from SEGA 32X. RetroDrive stopped producing in 2002, but you can still download it below if you want to try it.
